AT&T Store

Came here to upgrade my phone. Was offered insurance and very clearly declined. The representative still put it in my account along with multiple other charges I did not request. This store engages in deceitful selling tactics.

Went here for help with our bill unfortunately they couldn't help us in the store with our issue. But the 2 guys working there were very helpful, and told us who to contact at At&t!

Levi store manager was amazing had so many concerns for months and couldn't find anyone with right answers or able to help me til I went in the Colfax and krameria location. Felt content and very satisfied Oregon lost a good manager in there region fyi.. ty Levi your awesome...

I was helped by Levi after wal-marts awful customer experience. I came extremely frustrated, annoyed and misinformed, and left happy with information i needed and my issues resolved. Thank you Levi.

The staff at the store is great. I was in need of a new phone and they helped me with absolutely everything. They got ALL my information over from my old phone to my new phone. I’m so thankful for them, because I am not the best with technology and wouldn’t have been able to do it on my own.
